At Treehut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted timepiece; if for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Place the product in its original wooden packaging and ensure it is securely tucked inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
