What materials are Treehut watches made from?
Our watches are handcrafted from high-quality sustainable materials including real wood, marble, and stainless steel. We use premium Japanese quartz or automatic movements to ensure precision and longevity.
Can I have my watch engraved?
Yes, we offer custom laser engraving services for most of our watch collections. You can add a personalized message, date, or name to the back of the watch case during the checkout process.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for processing if you have ordered a custom engraving.
Are Treehut watches water-resistant?
Our wood watches are splash-resistant but should not be submerged in water. We recommend removing your watch before swimming, bathing, or engaging in heavy water activities to preserve the integrity of the natural wood.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-engraved watches are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Treehut watches come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, or battery replacement.
